What’s up guys? Here’s a quick intro..
- Ryan Callicott, 31 years old, Married with 3 kids. Live in Prattville, AL
- I’m an online and in person strength & conditioning coach. My wife and I also own and run a meal prep company.
- I played college football
- I have 2 boys who wrestle. Ages 11 and 9.
- Fun fact: My high school didn’t offer wrestling until my junior year.
- I’m here to learn so that I can pass that knowledge onto my kids.
