SangamCRM configured & implemented by our team to make it useful in visitors management.
Silicon Bay society from pune was facing challenges with there existing gate management software, so we thought of designing it for them.
Making the use of SangamCRM existing modules we implemented it & tested the beta version in society & was successful.
The features include:
1. Visitors Entry with mobile valid verification.
2. Security attendance - login logout.
3. Visitors checkin - checkout.
4. Facility to connect with flat owners through Call & WhatsApp.
5. Assigning Visitors to flat Owners.
6. Report generation Daily, Monthly, Yearly.
7. Multi language support with voice to text.
8. Alarm for security if visitors didn't check out.
9. Call logs.
