What mental practice/tools is everyone most wanting to learn?
The top pick will be the first course that I create!
Science Based Meditation: Based off the teachings off of Joe Dispenza and others in the Self improvement meditation field. These meditations focus on creating the vision of your ideal life and learning to be able to step into it and really feel like you are living that dream life. You learn how to adopt the feeling of that new future, so that you feel like you are already living that new reality. Then once you continually do this to change your internal environment and rewire your brain, your life (external environment) will start to change to match! It can be very transformational and healing. This meditation has even been able to help people heal from chronic health conditions.
How this method was actually created was that the creator got into a car accident that shattered his back and he was going to be paralyzed for the rest of his life according to the doctors. Instead of having surgery he chose to go back home and try to learn how to use the power of his mind to reconstruct his spine. After 10 and a half weeks of doing this mental work he stood on his own!
These other 2 options are therapies that you would learn and practice if you were to pay to go see a Therapist/Psychologist:
ACT or Acceptance Commitment Therapy: is a bit of a play on words😂 It's about learning to ACCEPT all of our emotions and then choosing to COMMIT and ACT based on our values. We will go through tools that will teach you what it means to ACCEPT the more "bad" emotions that we naturally experience in our daily lives, and then how to continue to live the life that we want to live no matter what we are feeling by staying COMMITTED to our values and living in line with them.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It operates on the idea that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and by altering distorted thinking, people can improve their emotional responses and actions. CBT is structured, goal-oriented, and focuses on solving current problems rather than delving into past issues.
