Hi gang! I play volleyball 3-4x/week. I love volleyball; I've been playing competitively since middle school so I don't plan on stopping anytime soon, but sometimes I struggle with balancing that and lifting. Most weeks, I find that I'm only able to get a full body push and a full body pull day in, because I don't want to overexert myself. Sometimes I do an upper body workout on days I have volleyball so I don't wear out my legs too much.
For those of you who are in similar situations, what do your splits look like? I play volleyball on Sunday, Monday (sometimes), Wednesday, and Friday, and I hit the KBs on Tuesday and Thursday.
