Proper Sqauting form
Hi guys, I need your help.
I have problems while squatting.
My upper body has to lean to the front to reach a deep position.
So exercises such as front squats aren’t possible.
How can Improve it?
What are stretches I could do?
I’m happy for every help! 🫶🏻
