Free Throws/Boomers

Since joining this group a few months ago (& getting my shot critiqued by the group), I made it my summer goal - & a commitment to my boys 7 & 9yrs old - to be able to make 10 free throws in a row prior to the start of the new school year.

Turns out, school starts tomorrow morning - so I had some work to put in tonight after the kids went to bed!! It wasn’t abnormal for me to keep getting 9 shots made in a row, then tightening up & missing my 10th. Finally, I started to do some “boomer” reps and, I kid you not, I hit 20 free throws in a row. I was actually starting to become nervous I may not miss for a long time. 😂

So as I channel my inner Kobe & revel in my Dad accomplishment 💀, here is me confirming that this sh*t works. 👏 Thanks BriAnna! 🍻
