Heyo!!! Had a question for you all! I am noticing that I am ballin out in workouts but the second I step on the court I just blend in w everyone else I do nothing special. I know all that moves I can do and I even do them with defense on me but I just can’t seem to connect the dots between games and workouts I’m missing something. Should I just be scrimmaging more and a lot or is there something else I’m missing?
