  • Thank the student genuinely for being a part of our community. Without them we truly would not be able to do what we do.
Best
  • Ask the student what is the best part of their training.
Better
  • Ask sincerely what could we be doing to create a better experience for them.
Past
  • Talk about where they started
Present
  • Talk about where they are now
Future
  • Set a future vision of where they will be if the continue training
Referral
  • Ask them if there is anyone they know that is like them that would benefit from training with us
Review
  • Ask them if they have given us a 5 star review on google or facebook yet.
