Sketching at Temple Newsam in Leeds this Saturday
Urban sketchers will be meeting up at Temple Newsam this Saturday (26th October).
Organised by Urban Sketchers Yorkshire (which is a chapter of the international Urban Sketchers network) this event is free and everyone is welcome to join in!
While entry fees do apply for access to the Tudor Jacobean Temple Newsam House itself and to the Farm, there are plenty of other subjects to fill a great day sketching for free at this location including the exterior of the house, the formal gardens, the extensive park, the courtyard and the amphitheatre. There’s a cafe on site or bring sandwiches.
Meet in the amphitheatre next to the courtyard at 10am.
