I want to talk about Charlotte Smith, my accountability coach 🙂

A few years ago, I was badly struggling with my schedule. I was staying up late, struggling to keep up with work, and had zero systems in place as a solopreneur. Trying to improve everything myself was not working, and giving these tasks to another person was not an option. These were things I had to do myself.

By chance, I came across Charlotte, who proposed an interesting offer. She would meet with me every day, help with my systems, and make sure I stay on track with my goals. All I needed to do was set my targets, and stay accountable to them.

And you know what? It worked.

Now I wake up early every morning, plan my entire day, review my emails and messages, and make sure all my tasks are planned out. I keep a daily journal, so that I can see the progress I have made. My energy has never been better, and every day is productive, with a clear divide between work and personal life.
