I have just lost my Dad things are triggering me and I ask of other healers what positive energy raising methods do you use to slow the constant chatter in your head when trauma is triggered Overthinking as well What would you do to keep in your alignment
I am journalling which I do everyday setting my positive intentions for the day is helping Tomorrow I have to deal with some not so nice humans in relation to it all I would love some ideas on controlling my emotions and keeping my power ❤️🦋🙏
