Daily Activity: 9 Nov + some
This past week has been… something. Heighten emotions and out sick this week. But all that aside, I kept the gym a priority. A couple runs and a few gym days too. Today was a lower body workout focusing on some running conditioning workouts in prep for my upcoming 10k. And lots of stretching!
Update on this months goals:
  • Track macros
  • Make protein a priority
  • 10k steps or more
  • 3 runs a week - monthly 10ks coming up!
  • Less TV & phone time, more reading
