This past week has been… something. Heighten emotions and out sick this week. But all that aside, I kept the gym a priority. A couple runs and a few gym days too. Today was a lower body workout focusing on some running conditioning workouts in prep for my upcoming 10k. And lots of stretching!
Update on this months goals:
- Track macros
- Make protein a priority
- 10k steps or more
- 3 runs a week - monthly 10ks coming up!
- Less TV & phone time, more reading
