I’m up in body fat this week. Likely due to a slight subconscious relax in diet and cardio know that we’re starting a challenge soon.
Luckily the weekly check in caught it. I’m fixing it today with some added cardio. And will continue through the week. Also getting my diet back in check.
Win of the week: launched a new website for a client that was a huge project.
Gratitude this week for me is that I have an able body and some amazing people to spend the holidays with. ❤️🙏💪🏽
