Your LEAST favorite lift in the gym??
Mine is definitely a toss up between Bulgarian Split Squats, RDLs, and Dips.
Split Squats grow TF out of my quads but place a ton of stress on my knees and ankles to where I find it hard to walk the next day.
RDLs just feel shitty.
...and Dips are ok, but man do my elbows hum the next day!
