Herbal medication
I want to partake in a 30 day sugar detox and understand that alcohol is on the NSFW list. I rely on 150 drops of Lady's Mantle Tincture (contains alcohol) for hormone regulation - I can easily quit from all other types of sugar but wondering how much of a hindrance this would be. Help!
