I dont know what to do rn - i like the idea of ppl but I kinda like having arms on one day, I have liked the arnold split but doing chest and back on one day is a lot and then my triceps and biceps being a little fatigued the next day - and bro split being a little to spacey - I would do bro split if I could 100% go to the gym 7 days a week which I think I can but I dont know
