He talks about two things to become successful.

Diligence 2. Prudence

Diligence: 70% people give up after the first try and 90% after the second try (in most things). So you have the edge and chances are you Crack something after failing a few times. So, don't give up!

2. Prudence: Wealthiest people in this world are in their 50s, 60s, 70s. You become a master at something only with time. You cant google experience. There are more than 1100 Openings in Chess. It takes time and effort to become good and understand cause and effect.
