  1. Count Down from 5 to 1: When faced with a situation where you need to take action or make a decision, start counting down from 5 to 1.
  2. Take Action: As you count down, physically move or start doing whatever it is you need to do by the time you reach "1". This prevents overthinking and helps you bypass hesitation.
