Glad to be here!
As a self-care catalyst for change I coach & train women 50+ around reconnecting with their innate power, understanding that all they want to achieve, have and be begins with taking care of themselves, resides within.
How do I know this is important? It reflects my journey from redundant employee aged 38, to business owner for the last 20 years.
I am blessed to do work I love however, I'm here to focus on having more impact, stepping fully into my potential and for that, I need help, support and community.
