Why you should focus on BEING instead of DOING in your career
A lot can change in a year…
The biggest change I’ve experienced…
Is the woman I have BECOME
The moves I’ve had to take to get here are often the unseen differences between an average vs. an extraordinary career (and I’ve obviously poured all of this back into my clients):
▪️Investing in myself with so much more focus on my energy than strategy this year
▪️ Expanding into a new level of leadership by relying less on my BOSS for the answers and navigating my own path there
▪️Putting myself in rooms with other people who were 10 miles ahead of me and observing their mindset in motion
▪️Making uncomfortable financial investment decisions towards the wealth empire I’m building
Grateful for the growth.
Grateful for each & every one of the 27 women who’ve entrusted me to participate in their BIG vision 🖤
The Becoming has just begun.
2024 here we go!
And so excited for the women who’ve already said YES to their next level of leadership in my world 🔥
