I have developed a method on how to create high quality, professional posts for your clients quick and with literally ZERO skill. All you need is eyes, and to be honest that may even be optional, thats how easy this method is. I have done it this way for all clients in my past. However, instead of using examples from a client I will be doing it for my agency since I believe me posting my clients content would be highly unprofessional. The finished result will be attached below...
Step 1: Choose your idea for the post
Now if you already have an idea in mind you can skip this step.
But if you do not, simply go onto chat gpt and ask it to give you 50 post ideas for your clients niche
(e.g give me 50 post ideas for a solar panel installation business)
If you do not like the ideas, ask for 50 more and keep going until you get one you like.
If you would like, choose all the ideas you like and put them into your document and you can skip this process entirely by just choosing a name from the doc everytime.
Step 2: Make the copy
Now some people like to make the post first but personally I do copy first.
All I do is simply enter the prompt:
Write an instagram post for a (client niche) business called(company name) talking about (idea). Use modern formatting and copywriting styles to create the post.
If it is too short add onto the end the word count you are looking for I personally do around 150-200
This is how I converted that into the prompt I used

Step 3: Edit the copy
Chat GPT is not always perfect, sometimes the grammar will be a little clunky or you just see a better option of something to say. So edit the copy it gave you to make it even better. Here is the result

Now we have got our copy ready, this has only taken me 5 min so far to do all 3 steps.
Step 4: Choose a Canva template.
Now this is the only slightly bad part of the method, you need Canva premium. But this is only a $30 a month expense for the hundreds your clients will be paying you for the social media management part of your service, or if it is your primary service.
Keep in mind there is a 30 day free trial as well.
Simply search up (niche) Facebook/Instagram post and it should show up with hundreds of templates for you to use. So find one you like and go straight onto the next step. Or for an infographic you can search for infographic templates
Step 5: Edit the template
Edit the template where it is needed. Here is how I normally edit mine
1: Change all colours to the company colours
2. Edit text to your liking
3.Put in your logo if the template has a sample one
Step 6: Post on social media
Now all you have to do is post it on social media
Boom! As simple as that. Now you have a professional facebook post for your client using literally zero talent. This took me 30 mins or so but I had to heavily edit the graphic, you could easily get this process done in 20 or so minutes.
