I'm 34yo and have been struggling with my weight since I was 7yo, when I was 9 the doctor said I urgently needed to loose weight, and that began my first diet, of course it was weight watchers. It's been a roller coaster ever since.
I've been morbidly obese and I've been in the healthy BMI category. Over the years I've learnt a lot about weightloss and health. My biggest struggle is keeping the weight off, but at the moment I'm back on the weight reduction ride to shrink my fat cells.
Did you know we don't loose fat cells, they expand and contract depending on how full they are.
Another random fact is that we don't sweat, shit or pee out fat, we burn fat by metabolising it into carbon dioxide and breathing it out, think of our bodies as very complex biological engines.
Join me on the journey to get healthier, stronger, leaner and become the best versions of ourselves.
Please introduce yourself, how long have you been struggling with your weight?
