CREATING A PROGARM FOR MYSELF.
guys i want to create a program for myself for powerbuilding ,ie , muscle + strength building .
any tips for that? any advices? i want to prioritise only compound movements not isolation movements.
it would be great if u guys can help regarding that, i workout 5-6 days a week around 50 min to 1 hr.
