3 Truth bombs about your body
  1. If you push yourself, you will eventually get hurt. Getting hurt is a part of life. It is a part of training. Do not ever, by any means, live to prevent injuries or pain. This is a foolish approach. A much wiser approach would be to equip yourself with the tools to minimize damage when force inevitably thrown onto your body when things happen. We do this by evolving our habits and fostering environments that bolster our physiology. Plus, pain is necessary, it' s a signal to change something.
2. Your body will never be the same as yesterday. IT WILL DEFINITELY be better or worst depending on what you do today. Stop trying to "release", align, or scrape away the scar tissue, as if you are a computer drive that can delete files. You are a complex, ever changing and adapting organism that is the way it is because of socialization and learned patterns over time. "Strengthen your weaknesses" by specifically understanding and addressing the tissue and/or sleeping/eating/resting more.
3. Your body staying in a stressful state (sympathetic state) or an excess of anxiety for most of the day is most likely the culprit for injuries, stiffness, low energy, skin problems, autoimmune problems, and lack of big picture progress (relationship, career, financial, peace of mind).
Theres a lot of junk and scams out there people. Everybody has the answers to your health. Be critical in your approach to health and wellness and always live in reality. Humans love to talk and do not know when to stop.
