Your first Reiki treatment
I seems quite apt to begin this section at the beginning. I have been offered to give a Reiki treatment to a friend's husband. Both of them are interested in energy work and they also have a massage table for treatment. I feel ready and I am actually excited that this opportunity has presented itself to me. I have had such positive effects of my self treatment over the last 6 months. How did everyone feel about giving their first Reiki session?
