Raise your standards
If the expectation was 80 calls, I made 100
If the expectation was “be on time”, I am 5m early sitting in the first row
If the expectation was 5 customer meetings, I worked to do 10
I never got paid because of my natural talent, looks, personality, connections, or experience
I was, and am still willing to do the things others don’t want to do
If you want to change your trajectory, you have to raise your standards
