- Experian: 1-888-EXPERIAN (1-888-397-3742)
- TransUnion: 1-800-916-8800.

You can also call and get old addresses deleted, but if an address is connected to an account they may try to give you some static. The keywords to use when removing old addresses are saying "the addresses are undeliverable" nothing more, nothing less. Do not overcomplicate it.
If one agent won't do it, hang up and call until you get the agent who will. Don't give up so easily because it can be done. I have personally called and got names, old address, and employers removed from my credit report without any issues or sending any letter.
You should only have 1 name and 1 address on your report. Regardless of calling the credit bureaus to remove outdated information, still add the freeze to your secondary bureaus to increase your chances of removing the debt.
