Join us this Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM PST to learn how to send mailers to get more listings.

Between 1998 and 2002, I sent out 30,000 mail pieces to sellers monthly. Today, it's essential to partner with the right companies to ensure you get a solid ROI. I’m targeting pre-foreclosures, probates, and likely movers in Whittier.

My team member and I will share a budget-friendly plan we developed that you can duplicate, which includes direct mail, email, texts, and calls. This campaign is economical and offers a good return.

If you have time, I’ll also be hosting more classes throughout the week at 9:00 AM PST. Realtors need to adapt or risk becoming obsolete; we've already lost over eighty-five thousand realtors.
