Are you serious in improving?
I have been granted the pleasure to be able to talk to almost everyone here while the group is still small and here's 3 common problems I've found:
  • You don't know the right mindset of what to do during sparring (hence always feeling unmotivated when you can't answer back)
  • You don't include defensive counters in your shadow boxing and didn't know you had to/how to
  • Purposely setting up shots - using feints, fakes and timing
This being said it's no wonder you guys might feel like there's no enough time in your schedule to train because you might feel you're lacking.
It IS important to train consistently but I believe it's also important to train with objective, and that means doing the right things so you don't waste time training while expecting to magically improve.
I'll be launching a program where I personally work with you UNTIL we fix these problems. Be expected to put in the work EVERY single day to improve + (an hour or more).
Limiting to only 10 people so I can have time with everyone to keep you accountable. To those of you who have already talked to me and are in the program your spots are SAVED already so others be quick.
If you're serious in improving please DM me or comment "I'm committed" on this post so I know to send you the details or put you at the next available spot.
