Hey brother, I’m wondering how I should best implement my running sessions into my week around the gym sessions?
I’m looking to probably do 2-3 runs (which footy will substitute soon) a week. I’ve been used to hitting 3-4 huge runs/training sessions a week and cross training on every off day. That’s not possible anymore and I’m looking to stream line my process so I’m not losing out too much in either area. What are your thoughts on how to achieve that?
