Unexpected
I arrive at school earlier than usual only to find that we are on lock down. No one comes in or goes out! I am waiting in the parking lot. Helicopters are hovering. A hall of confusion. I am watching children walking to school. Parents drop off children. There is no room for them to park and wait. I pray for safety and peace for those caught up in the conflict causing this lock down 🙏🏾
