- Use EXPERIAN TEMPLATE attached—feel free to edit or rephrase as needed.
- Upload Experian Template dispute to the Experian Portal along with both screenshots.
5. Next, FILE “BBB”
-ON STEPS 7> Use statement …..I am disputing the reappearance of the following item on my credit EXPERIAN report: [Account Name, Acct #xxxx], which was removed on [DATE]. This reinsertion violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) in the following ways: Section 611(a)(1)(A): Requires a timely investigation of disputes; Section 611(a)(1)(B): Mandates removal of inaccurate or unverifiable information; Section 611(a)(5)(B): Requires notification within five business days for reinsertion. The item has reappeared without proper validation or notification. I request its immediate deletion and I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to help resolve this matter
