Client selection

Hi Robin & the BOTS Team,

Level 2 was very interesting. Especially PPC and PBC for me.

I have a practical question about selecting your ideal client for an agency. Do you analyse the product and brand score by yourself (public information)? And if it's a sufficient score for you, do you ask them their KPIs (private info) ? Or do you have another process?

At the moment, I am still defining my next project. I will either launch a Video Marketing Agency or a Marketing Strategy Agency or an Online Marketing School.... There are pros and cons in all the projects, I'm still undecided. The Purpose Finder is helping me a lot with these questions :)
