Off on my travels!
Hi everyone. tomorrow morning I am off to the other side of the country for a few days then heading down to the south coast before coming home next Wednesday. I hope you are all well and will see you all soon. I just wanted to leave you all with something before I go:
Here and Now
The future does not exist, and the past is gone. I focus on the present moment. I have confidence in life again, because here, now, there is no danger. Everything happens when my soul is ready.
