Are accountable for our actions? yes ! easy and obvious
We are accountable for our words? Yes
therefore it goes without saying that we are responsible, and accountable for the outcomes of both our actions and what we say, and we bear the consequences of both.
But how often do we take the time to
Be accountable for what we tell ourselves.
in the Words of Bob Proctor
"Be careful of what you say to yourself
For you are listening. "
These words keep resonating with me and after challenging situations and or upset how often do we set our own paradigm, and self talk self blame and beat ourselves up.
Why not challenge our self thought
be accountable to ourselves for ourselves. Not seek validity though others but actions and challenging the mindset that is set by how we think and what we tell ourselves.
