I am going here my regular activities point out : it鈥檚 my own legitimate choice of my life
- Focus health hapiness and creativity
- Conscious health is wealth
- Why ? I want healthy and longavity quality lifestyle
- If no good health , I can鈥檛 productive my day , can鈥檛 productive my life
- Even high cost in old age finance and socially heavy burden . It can cost not only for me . Impact high invest health sector ( mine perception)
- How I m constantly working in my health ?
- I have already my own vision to live healthy lifestyle , live strong quality lifespan vision
- It cost me less than actual health cost (. Old age sick can more high health improvement cost )
- How can reduce my health future possible cost ?
- I wanna stay so much fit that I will not be sick even I had I wanna notice pre- caution with body clock . Recently diffrent kind of our body real time tools in market well

I have myself prefer Oura ring which shoe my own 24 hr real time : restfulness , daily need activities score , detail sleep pattern, oxygen level in sleep time , HRV position . It鈥檚 realy enogh self conscious own health 24 hr real time than annual regular doctor check up .
- Next , I consistently doing weekly twice sun / wed morning uplevel fitness . It impact huge in my body . Constant weight even not such restrict diet control , feel energetic, strong 馃挭, focus on my own work .
- Third , i flow energy throgh my body in and out . Everything is energy so I passed energy in my body through sun , through higher level to direct to the earth and again passed through down to uplevel . I do almost 2 times daily regularly . It can generate my body magnetic power .
- I believe all my process what I m doing , belief can create what actually I want .
- And lastly , I regularly visualise my healthy body , visualise curing mind body and soul . The process is realy much amazing than it can鈥檛 express in word . It鈥檚 great feeling energy flow for whole day .
- And end , day evaluation. Gratitude to my achievement. I often find min 2 or 3 greatful achieve small or big whatever .
