Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well and that business is thriving. I'm Nuno Reis from Portugal, and I've been working in the field since 2015. I am familiar with the realities of Remax, C21, KW, and other real estate agencies, always seeking the best ways to develop and enhance systems and methodologies that allow me to provide my clients with a positive experience and create a structure for future referrals.

The foundation of my prospecting is the phone (active and expired FSBOs, cold calls, and personal contacts) and in-person outreach (D2D residential apartments and houses, industrial areas, and direct approaches through routes). Every day, I make a minimum of 25 qualified contacts, from Monday to Saturday.

I would like to conclude by sharing that my billing goal for 2025 is 125k.
