The biggest lesson I've learned from YT

So far, shorts have been fun.

But the work it takes to make, and the low conversion rate makes me sad.

This is the lesson I learned recently:

YT is popping when it comes to authentic high-value content.

Retention is low, but..

If you can get them to click,

hook them,

and show them that you know what you're talking about..

The ones that matter will stay.

And convert.

And stay forever.

And I'm pretty sure this applies to all video.
