Thanks for the invite to this group!
I bought my first investment property in 1999 a two family which I still own and was able to quit my Just Over Broke JOB in 2005 and go full time self unemployed. I found the non performing note business in 2007 which has been fantastic.
I never really wholesaled a house, did my share of flips and bought some great deals at auction in the past 4 years.
I am looking forward to the conversations in this group!
