YouTube Series
I wanted to share a huge win with everyone! On Friday a four episode YouTube series that I cohost was released. It’s is the first CDC funded and sponsored YouTube series in the history of the CDC. It is also The first YouTube series on social determinants of health for Transgender and Nonbinary individuals. I love for you all to watch, share and like the video! Happy Tuesday.

I just finished a virtual presentation that went GREAT
The results are in! I just finished a virtual presentation for the Rockwood Leadership Institute. This is an annual community call I host with leaders nationwide, focusing on well-being and self-care. The session was called "Write it Out, Navigating Uncertain Times." I created this presentation during the 2020 lockdown when my day job required me to stay home. I used it to support students, staff, and faculty at a leading medical school, and now I'm sharing it with the world. I have a follow up process after every presentation. I share the feedback I got from talkadot with the organizer and ask if there is an opportunity for us to host the event again. I always want to bring the conversation up 24-48 hours after the event because the organizer is more likely to respond. This is my standard follow-up process after every speaking engagement. Next, I'll follow up with attendees who expressed interest in working with me. What's your post-talk ritual for success? Share in the comments so we can all learn and grow together!
