Critique my cold call

Hey guys, posted on this recently about struggling to put together a script. I’ve recently joined a recruitment company and the pitch these guys all use is typically ‘I’m calling from X, I specialise in Y and have a large network of candidates who do Z. Do you have any vacancies we can help with?’

I’ve got a work from home day tomorrow so perfect day to hash out a new script: This is what I’ve put together but any help is very much appreciated. Not sure if the problems are big enough to find pain.

“I typically speak with Project Leaders across the D365 space who, if they’re honest, might say that they’re struggling with 1 of 3 problems, they’re either struggling to find skilled D365 talent, which ultimately leads to project delays and/or quality issues, or they’re struggling with project deadlines due to resource constraints, or they don’t have any of those issues, but they find that they’re struggling to retain specialised staff throughout the project lifecycle.”
