When onboarding a new client they ask for a guarantee of results or what they can expect, I am into appointment setting for B2B companies, and while we rely on strong SOPs and processes since the market is dynamic we can hardly promise anything
I am thinking about 5 appointments by the end of 2nd month as a goal to set with the new clients; in my experience this no. is achievable.
Somewhere I feel that this needs to be communicated properly with the client.
Any thoughts or suggestions on this kind of situation?
