Final result
I totally forgot to post my results of the challenge. What changed?
  • MTB parcour from 12min to 7.5min
  • Quality pushup set from 25 to 35
  • Biceps feel stronger
  • Abs got stronger, more visible.
So my goal has been hit for this challenge.
