Lab test reference ranges
Has Infinite Health published a comprehensive list of the *optimal* lab test reference ranges? I was thinking of something along the lines of what Life Extension Foundation publishes https://www.lifeextension.com/protocols/appendix/lab-testing
For example, the "standard" range for 25OH Vitamin D Reference Range is 30-100 ng/mL. Life Extension optimally recommends: 50-80 ng/mL (which is the range I have been targeting for many years).
I'd love to be able to update my thinking on these standard ranges.
Thank you for your expert guidance!
