One of the biggest traps new and aspiring agency owners fall into is putting too much (or ALL) of their energy on Non-Revenue Generating Activities (NRGA). These are things like updating your website, working on your logo, or getting ready... to get ready. The danger is that they make you feel productive BUT they do basically nothing to help you get more clients.
The key then (and what all 6 and 7-figure agency owners focus on) is to do the opposite of this and spend 90% of your time and energy focused on Revenue Generating Activities (RGA) alone, and these activities can usually be boiled down to just 2 things.
1) Doing everything you can to spark up and INITIATIVE CONVERSATIONS with potential clients.
2) HAVING THOSE CONVERSATIONS (as it's these conversations that lead to clients signing up).
Conversations ARE the new leads.
If you don't have enough clients you need to put your focus on talking to as many potential clients as possible.
