Figuring out Highlevel
Hey all! Highlevel seems to be confusing me more and more every time I try anything. I've tried following the videos from Adam and from Highlevel's YouTube but can't seem to get what I want to do done. Would anyone be willing to help?

Honestly, I've gone through all of Adam's paid trainings and still find HighLevel incredibly hard to work with. The HighLevel support process is...not good.

@Kennedy Zubek Are you on a paid plan? If so, reach out to customercare@gohighlevel.com and let them know you want a Senior Implementation Call. "The Senior Implementation Call is with a Senior Advisor who has advanced knowledge of the platform. With the senior call, you do not have to wait. This is a scheduled appointment on their actual calendar. " I was told about this after responding to a survey on Friday about a terrible onboarding call that I wasted 90 minutes in.

@Adam Erhart I've been hearing you talk about HLG for a while now and even accessed it through your link; it wasn't until this response that I thought, "OOOOOH, I've got to use HLG!" It's now on the to-do list to check out HLG to see how it can help us be more efficient with our data, etc. Thank you!
How To "LEVEL UP" Inside Agency Accelerator
Sharing is caring. So to encourage engagement, interaction, and to make it a whole lot more fun to provide helpful positive answers here in the Agency Accelerator community we use a gamified "points and levels" system. Here's how it works. Points - You earn points when other members like your posts or comments. 1 like = 1 point. This encourages users to produce quality content and interact with other members in their community. Levels - As you gain points, you level up. Your level is shown at the bottom right of your avatar. The number of points required to get to the next level is shown under your avatar on your profile page. Level 1 - 0 points Level 2 - 5 points Level 3 - 20 points Level 4 - 65 points Level 5 - 155 points Level 6 - 515 points Level 7 - 2,015 points Level 8 - 8,015 points Level 9 - 33,015 points

I guess I'll never be a level 9er
Agency not growing? This could be why...
One of the biggest traps new and aspiring agency owners fall into is putting too much (or ALL) of their energy on Non-Revenue Generating Activities (NRGA). These are things like updating your website, working on your logo, or getting ready... to get ready. The danger is that they make you feel productive BUT they do basically nothing to help you get more clients. The key then (and what all 6 and 7-figure agency owners focus on) is to do the opposite of this and spend 90% of your time and energy focused on Revenue Generating Activities (RGA) alone, and these activities can usually be boiled down to just 2 things. 1) Doing everything you can to spark up and INITIATIVE CONVERSATIONS with potential clients. 2) HAVING THOSE CONVERSATIONS (as it's these conversations that lead to clients signing up). Conversations ARE the new leads. If you don't have enough clients you need to put your focus on talking to as many potential clients as possible.

Conversations are essential--my agency has been participating in our local Chamber of Commerce's after-hours table top events. It's easier to meet people and ask them questions about their business, what's keeping them from reaching goals, etc. The one thing we *don't* do at these events is go into sales mode. We're there to listen and learn (and build leads!).

@Adam Erhart thanks for that reminder. It's the hardest part. 😅
