Finding leads for Facebook ad campaigns

Hello everyone,

I've had a few clients for my ad campaign services and I'm happy to have given them very good results.

I'm not running my own campaigns yet because my recurring revenue is not high enough to invest in them.

So my question: I'm in France and planning to use high level to find businesses to cold call, but do any of you know a good tool to make a quick analysis of ad campaigns?

At the moment I'm using the ad library and going through each business I find running ads. It takes a lot of time, and I would like to spend more time calling businesses than looking for them...
