Just got 2 clients - each in a different way

1st client - $5k/month Closed! She's a real estate agent, someone I cold called 3 years ago, but I left such a genuine and impactful impression on her that she just called me out of the blue with a whopping budget to take off together!

2nd client - Health insurance agent - Came as a referral along with a "highly recommended" over the top compliment from another health insurance agent client of mine! Closed him on a $5100 Web design as part of phase 1 of his marketing strategy. I also gave him GOLD on the phone to help him to enhance his own existing CRM automation and follow-up systems! Thankfully he was blown away on the call!
