The 'icing on the cake' on Day 13!
Everyday that we plunge I really am thankful for the (WARM) tea and chatting that end each session. π« I appreciate the whole team so much and over the months have really enjoying getting to know Brock, Rachel, Chris and now Julian that build the foundation of that Kensho feeling of community. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ I think that's part of what really separates my Kensho experience from 'just a cold plunge' for me. π
