Here’s a progress update from an online client who prefers to stay anonymous. These photos were taken just four weeks apart, and while the scale only shows a mere 3.1 kg drop, the pictures reveal a completely different story. The transformation is already impressive, and I can’t wait to see how much more we accomplish in the coming weeks!

Over the years, I’ve trained thousands of people. I’ve seen different levels of commitment, different levels of grit, and countless reasons why people choose to embark on this journey.
